Who can use Erie's Patient Portal?
Any established adult patient may use Erie's Patient Portal. Parents of Children ages 0-11 may use the patient portal on behalf of their child. An adult proxy may access an adult patient's portal with the patient's consent.
Adolescents (age 12-17) may receive their own account with a valid school or State I.D. Parents of non-emancipated adolescent patients will not be able to access their child's medical information through the patient portal.
Can I view a family member's (child, spouse or parent) medical information in Erie's Patient Portal?

Yes, your personal health information is completely safe and secure. You must log in to view your personal health information and you are the only person with the password to your account.
It is extremely important that you keep your PIN/Password in a secure location and completely confidential. Please

How do I request an appointment on myeriehealth.com?
In order to request an appointment, click on the “Appointments” tab, the click on “New Appointment”. There, you will be able to specify your provider, preferred appointment date, location and timeframe, and how you would like to be contacted
with appointment confirmation. Please note that requesting an appointment does not guarantee you that appointment time. Erie will follow up with you using your preferred method within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time.
